TFC have in place a fully
integrated ERP system, X3. X3 is a Windows based manufacturing system
that incorporates manufacturing, purchasing, sales order processing
and financial management. It uses a modern ERPII engine for detailed
planning. X3 also encompasses the CRM and Marketing functions in relation
to database management. The system uses the latest HTML technology
to ultimately allow online real time access to our clients.
TFC operates an open diary system,
company wide, to bring together both people and resources. We also
operate a full EDI for customers from order receipt to kanban triggered
self-billing. Future development is being undertaken through X3
to introduce automated workflows and eliminate paper trails as part
of our commitment to ISO14001.
